1. Banh My
Banh Mi – A popular Vietnamese sandwich made with a crispy baguette and filled with various meats, pickled vegetables, herbs, and sauces.
2. Pho
A noodle soup made with a rich broth, noodles, and meat (usually beef or chicken), and topped with fresh herbs and bean sprouts (the flavor of the south is different than northern Vietnam).
3. Snake Soup
Snake Soup – A spicy and flavorful soup made with snake meat, vegetables, and spices, often served in the Mekong Delta region.
Day 1 – Sai Gon arrival
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, our tour guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to center of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City).
Check in hotel (After 14.00 PM).

Day 2 – Cu Chi & Saigon city tour
After breakfast, transfer to Cu Chi, and start discovering the famous Tunnels, which were once a major underground hideout and resistance base of Viet Cong forces during the two wars against the French and the Americans. The tunnels, entirely hand-dug, formed a highly intricate network of interlinked multilevel passageways at times stretched as far as the Cambodian border and totaled over 120 km in length.
Drive back to Saigon. Short sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh City: outside The Hundred Years Red Cathedral (Notre Dame Cathedral), The Old Post Office, the City Hall, the Opera House, and the Reunification Palace, a symbol of the old Government of Saigon before 1975 which recalls the sad history of the Vietnamese Ideological War

Day 3 – Mekong delta
The first stop will be at a brick kiln where you will see how bricks are produced in the traditional Vietnamese style
Visit numerous coconut processing workshops. You will have the opportunity to learn all about the manufacturing process of these famous Vietnamese sweets.
A walking tour (or bike / lambro ride) will take you through traditional villages, during which you will be able to admire splendid vegetable gardens that will give you a picture as real as possible of the everyday life of the locals.
Then, driving to Can Tho

Day 4 – Tra Su Cajuput Forest
Visit the Tra Su Cajuput Jungle (planted in the 80s).
Settle on a rowing sampan (about half an hour) to watch birds (seasonal) and enjoy the most beautiful flooded forest in Vietnam as well as SE Asia.
Take a 500-meter walk to the 25-meter observation post to enjoy the fascinating view over the mountain in the area, the expanses of the cajuput forest, and the white dots of flying storks.
Afternoon, continue driving to Chau Doc

Day 5 – Chau Doc
Hit Chau Doc floating market and a floating fish farm where you can study how to row hundreds of thousands of fish in the cage inside the water surface and how the local Mekong people do their business at the floating fish farm.
Next, visit the Cham minority village – an Islamic minority of people in Vietnam.
After lunch, we tour Ba Chua Xu Temple, located at the top of the Sam mountain
Ba Chua Xu is a prosperity goddess of southern Vietnam’s Thanism. She is a tutelary of business, health, and a protector of the Vietnamese border.

Day 6 – Saigon leisure
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
After settling accommodation, the rest of the day is at your leisure. Suggesting options could be: relaxing, exploring the vibrant life of Saigon, or shopping at lively local markets.

After breakfast, free at leisure till transfer to the airport for departure flight.
